The purpose of Operation Power Light is to manipulate and radiate powerful, highly beneficial spiritual energies for world healing and upliftment.
Phase 44 is significant, in that it turned out to be the last phase. Dr. King, possibly, didn’t know it at the time, but it was to be his last opportunity to participate in Operation Power Light. In this photograph Dr. King is recording a mental transmission related to this phase.
