Operation Power Light commenced on March 18th, 1993.
The purpose of Operation Power Light is to manipulate and radiate powerful, highly beneficial spiritual energies for world healing and upliftment.
The first phase took place at Cachuma Lake Recreation Area, Vista Point, Santa Barbara.
1) At the start of Operation Power Light – Lake Cachuma.
2) During Phase 2 at a park in Santa Barbara
3) During Phase 2
