Only a few months after the first phase of Operation Sunbeam in 1966, the Master Aetherius delivered an awe-inspiring transmission. The cosmic masters were well aware of the significance of this mission devised by Dr. King, in which a token energy repayment is given to the Earth on behalf of mankind as a karmic manipulation, but now the concept had spread throughout the galaxy.

The inhabitants of other planets, on about the same evolutionary scale as ours or higher, had been so inspired that a war-like race like us could perform a mission as great as Operation Sunbeam, that they realized that they should also be performing a similar mission. As the Master Aetherius said, “… is liable to become one of the largest snowballs in the whole of galactic history!”
