Brown Willy, located in the middle of the treacherous Bodmin Moor, in Cornwall, England, was charged by a Lord of Karma on November 23rd, 1958, making it one of the holy mountains of the world charged in Operation Starlight.
Immediately after this, the Lord of Karma delivered to the world what became known as ‘The Lord’s Declaration’, which foretold details of the coming of the Next Master to Earth.
