After the inauguration of Operation Prayer Power in England on June 30th, 1973, this mission was then inaugurated in the USA on September 23rd, 1973, where over 60 pilgrims gathered on the shores of Padre Bay, Lake Powell, Utah by a psychic center of Earth.

Dr. King, the inventor of this mission, led the pilgrims in chanting holy mantra while a hand-picked prayer team stood before the Operation Prayer Power battery and directed the powerful energy of love into the battery, to be stored and later released during times of crisis in the world.

At the end of the charging sessions, Dr. King went before the Operation Prayer Power battery and arranged the attenders to better enhance what he was about to do: to use Tibetan mudra (hand/finger positions) to invoke and direct the spiritual power generated by the mantra team into the battery – which he did in an electrifying fashion!
