Peace Officers Memorial Day is an observance in the United States that pays tribute to the local, state, and federal police officers who have died, or who have been disabled, in the line of duty. The formal memorial is on May 15th.

A special service of blessing and appreciation for this day happened several times at the American Headquarters. Firefighters were also invited to attend and they came with their big red ladder truck.
