August 26, 1965

Late at night, on August 26th, 1965, the staff of the Los Angeles Headquarters of The Aetherius Society heard a message which, profoundly shocked and stirred their very souls. The Master Chang-Fu spoke through Dr. King, giving an eyewitness account of the marshalling of vast forces of evil on the lower astral realms, otherwise known as the “hells” – the lowest planes of existence on Earth to which the worst of humanity goes after death, before reincarnating again.

The power and strength of these forces were described in terrible detail. Their avowed purpose – the conquest of all planes of existence upon Earth – was made horribly clear to the few close supporters of Dr. King who heard this message. They realized the immensity and terrible gravity of the mission of the Three Adepts, the danger to the Adepts personally, and the danger to humanity as a whole of losing what spiritual progress it had gained.
